Park Guided Ecowalk Tours
Who doesn't know Stanley Park is incredible. I mean 1,000 acres of forested parkland with nothing but the deep blue sea surrounding it. Not to mention some of the best views you'll ever see of Vancouver city and the North Shore mountains. But who knows of the stories totem poles tell, or the names of birds you see at Lost Lagoon, or where the 1,200 year old cedar tree lives? Not me!
If you'd like to learn more about the trees, flowers, animals, and First Nations history that make up Stanley Park, try taking a Guided Ecowalk Tour. It takes about three hours and you end up walking about five miles before it's all said and done. This is a perfect way to enjoy Stanley Park with out-of-town guests. You'd have a built-in guide ready and willing to answer any questions your visitors may have.
