North Vancouver Community Arts Council presents Christine Breakell-Lee at the District Library Gallery
Vancouver based artist Christine Breakell-Lee received her degree in Fine Arts and Communication from SFU. Since her solo show Mixed Media in 2010, she has established a strong presence among private collectors and designers. Christine's paintings evoke a spectrum of emotion, often pulling from personal experience that she realizes through her process of abstraction, spontaneity and contrast. It is through this process of adding and layering paint beneath the resin that her work evolves. Christine is represented in Vancouver by Art Works and Buckland Southerst Gallery and in Toronto by Art Interiors. Her studio is located at 1000 Parker Street where she spends time painting each day.
